The Third IEEE Asia-Pacific Conference on ASICs (AP-ASIC) will be held in Taipei, Taiwan on August 6-8, 2002. The objective of AP-ASIC is to promote research and development activities of solid-state circuits. The conference site is circulated biannually every even year within countries of IEEE region 10. In addition to short courses given by experts in specific areas, AP-ASIC 2002 will include regular and special sessions, which cover aspects of integrated circuits and systems with emerging design technologies, advanced theories and applications of ASICs.

Original papers are solicited in subject areas including, but not limited to, the following:
· Analog Circuits · Digital Circuits · Communication Circuits
· Memory Circuits · Microprocessors · Signal Processing Circuits
· Design Reuse and IP · Design for Testability · Sensor, Image and MEMS Circuits

Submissions should include:

(1)   A cover sheet containing:

(i)     Title of the submitted paper, authors’ names, and affiliations

(ii)   Postal & e-mail addresses and phone & FAX numbers of the contact author

(iii) Paper category number (from the above list) that best describes the paper

(iv)  Name of the speaker

(2)   Camera-ready paper containing: four pages in double column format,

Paper title, author’s names, affiliations, mailing/e-mail address, abstract, figures, tables, and references.
